I fully owned the distribution strategy for the short documentary. Distribution strategy included a PR plan, documentary teaser campaign and artist + label social media push. My contribution to the final piece included managing branding guidelines and creative vision from multiple stakeholders, story direction, creative direction assistance, managing on-site production team, and social media distribution plan.
